Writing Blog of the Day: The Writer's Technology Companion

In this new series, we'll discover new-to-us writing blogs, so if you have a writing-related blog, let me know.

Our first Writing Blog of the Day is Dustin Wax's The Writer's Technology Companion. 

Dustin covers all those techy things which you should know  as a writer, but were too scared to explore, like MS Word styles and Master Documents.

His favorite post is "Build Your Blog’s Traffic and Impact with Resource Posts" which shows you how to build traffic to your blog by making your blog truly useful to others.

If you have a blog, this is wonderful info, and if you don't, why not? It's the perfect way to establish yourself as a writer.

Writing blogs have just EXPLODED over the past year or so, and this is a great thing. It's wonderful to see so many writers taking the plunge and sharing themselves and their insights with the world.

Unfortunately I'm too busy to do much casual surfing, and I'll bet that you are too. This means we miss out on many fabulous blogs we'd read... if only we knew about them.

Nominate your blog as our Writing Blog of the Day

Please nominate your blog. It doesn't have to be solely focused on writing, but it should be writing-related in some way. For example, if you've got a mommy-blog teaching moms how to blog, that's definitely writing related.

If you don't have a blog, you can nominate someone else's.
